In order to help make the Small Computer Monitor more accessible to those with little or no experience of machine code programming, I’ve started to write a Tutorial.
I’ve complete about the first 3rd of the Tutorial, which introduces the concepts and takes the user through every detail of entering and running a very simple program using the monitor.
I now need to extend this to introduce all the monitor’s features along with some essential programming skills.
I would appreciate any feedback. Is the idea of a detailed tutorial even relevant to those interested in retro computing today?
Remember, the Small Computer Monitor User Guide is the reference document for those with experience of machine code and machine code monitor programs.
